Returns and exchange policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction with our 14 day exchange or returns policy.
- In general, unworn scarves can be exchanged for another size or color option within 14 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase.
- Items returned for exchange or refund must be in their original condition.
- All scarves are inspected before they are shipped. If a scarf arrives defective, it may be exchanged for a new scarf which will be shipped at no additional charge once we have confirmed that the item is faulty.

- Include a copy of packing slip or confirmation email of your order.
We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock.
- Please mail your return within original plastic packaging to address
above using a secure and insured shipping service ( USPS priority mail
with confirmation of delivery). me:me:me does not accept responsibility
for items not received. Please note all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once returned item is received, your new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost. In case of a straight return, a refund shall be issued in your original form of payment, less the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee per item.
